CACL Releases 2009 National Report Card on Inclusion

The Canadian Association for Community Living (CACL) has released their Annual National Report Card on Inclusion for 2009. The main areas of concern revolved around ending poverty, closing institutions, and access to employment. The report is designed to display the progress we as a country are making towards increased levels of inclusion for Canadians with Intellectual Disabilities. The Canadian Down Syndrome Society works to advocate and educate on behalf of people with Down syndrome to increase levels of inclusion across the country. |
